A large part of our business is in the new residential construction market. We provide free estimates based on prints of the new home before its built to help our customers stay on budget. Also we work to help prevent future problems such as drafts and pipe issues.

Existing homes can have their energy efficiency improved greatly by adding insulation to the attic and crawlspace. Many homes in the poconos were once vacation cottages or were built before the current energy codes were created. We are able to blow in attics to provide comfot and lower energy costs. Crawlspaces are cleaned and we spray foam the side walls and install a vapor barrier to prevent excess ground moisture from entering the crawlspace.
